Once the code is entered or the keyfob/I.D. badge is accepted the door will automatically unlock and allow access. If an incorrect code is entered or a keyfob/I.D. badge is invalid, the door will remain in the locked position.

Do Certain Employees Need Different Levels of Access?

There may be certain rooms that you only want certain people to have access to. These rooms are often specific offices, server/IT rooms, stock/inventory rooms, etc. Access control for these types of are limited to only select staff members — thus restricting who can gain access to your business’ most valuable resources.

Do You Need To Keep A Record of Employee Entries and Exits?

Electronic access control systems store a history of entries, sorted by security code. These security codes are associated to personel so you’ll know who has been in/out of your location and when they used their codes to gain access.
