When you activate (i.e. “Arm your system”) your security system your system will be monitored by our alarm monitoring professionals. Alarm monitoring is a 24-hour, 7-day protection service so anytime you arm your system, you’re being protected. When one of your security system’s sensors (door and window sensors, motion sensor or glass break detectors) is triggered by an event such as a break-in, your security system will send an emergency signal our alarm monitoring center.
In the event that your alarm goes off, a professional alarm monitoring service agent will call you to verify an emergency. If no password or an incorrect password is given, they will notify the police. Our highly skilled monitoring agents will facilitate the entire process, so the police will have all of the information they need to assist you.
Yes. In case of a power loss, the back-up battery will activate to keep your security system online and protecting you or your business.
